What a shame! What a nice girl she was. My sympathy goes out to her family and friends.

Cindy and I attended St. James Episcopal Church together as children, Jr. High at Mt. Hebron, and then MHS together. We were good friends who somehow lost touch with each other after high school graduation, but reunited at our 50th MHS reunion and some time later at lunch at our house in Boxborough. It seemed as if no time had passed since we'd last seen each other, and our friendship reblossomed with phone calls, emails and texts, sharing life stories and family photos. We had been on busy and happy parallel life tracks for those 50 years, and it was a joy to reconnect in such meaningful ways and learn about what each other had been doing. I am so thankful for that time with Cindy and for being able to get to know her husband, Chris. Cindy was a really beautiful and special person, and I'm so glad she and I had the opportunity to spend some time together before became ill and then passed away. I am so sorry for all that lost time when we could have been in touch, and so sorry for the future time we both anticipated spending together that has been cut short unexpectedly for both of us. Dave and I extend our deepest sympathy to Chris, their four children, Sarah, Nate, Aaron, and Joel, and their families, and to her sister, Pat. What an enormous loss to all of us. Cindy, you had a wonderful, productive, creative life that was clearly full of love, and you've left a beautiful legacy in your family. God bless you, Cindy.

My mother and Cindy's mother were old friends so I played with Cindy as a toddler. Cindy was a loving, caring person. It is sad to lose old classmates. My thoughts go out to her family.

I was so sad to hear of Cindy's passing. I remember her from as far back as Northeast Elementary, where she was always among the tallest in the class...took awhile for the rest of us girls to catch up with her!!! I was lucky enough to spend a little time with Cindy at our 50th reunion, and it was wonderful to see that she was happy and enjoying her life. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
